When you are a start-up one of the hardest things to do is relinquish control, but there comes a point where your productivity is being hampered. Delegation is something a lot of us struggle with, but taking on a virtual assistant is a perfect way of giving it a go.
How much to delegate?
You can hire me for as little as 1 hour at a time. Just to see how it feels. No need to commit to a permanent member of staff or worry about providing any equipment or workspace.
And what to delegate?
Think about some of the repetitive tasks that you do each day – are they really the best use of your time and your hourly rate? Or is there something that you know would have a really great impact on your business but you just never get round to it?
And think about what you could do if someone gave you back a free hour (or more) right now?
