Alex Wilkinson - A virtual assistant based in East Surrey with an HR backgroundMy career has taken me from pet food (yes really), to investment banking, to HR in the financial services.

I have worked for firms such as Nestle, Credit Suisse and Ernst & Young. My roles have included

  • customer service,
  • sales and marketing assistance,
  • many years as an Executive Assistant to senior management in banking,
  • and more recently as an HR Officer.

I’m proud to say that in all my roles I have been that person in the office that knows

I put this down to being inquisitive, proactive, organised and efficient.  I LOVE research, finding better ways of doing things, and most importantly, sharing that information.  I am a stickler for good writing and grammar.

I also believe everything should be done with a sense of humour and a smile – regardless of whether I am on the end of a phone or a computer.
